Registration for the 2024-2025 Season

The Following Information MUST be reviewed BEFORE you can register your child or children.

Payment can be made by Credit Card ONLY.
3-Pay Installments available with the first payment taken at time of registration, the second payment on July 3rd, and the third payment on August 3rd.
- Online Registration is available for players who:
- Have never played hockey before
- Have previously registered to play hockey in Beaumont with BAHA and have not been released.
- Online Registration MAY NOT be available if your child played with another association in 2023-2024. Please contact the Executive Administrator at administration@baha.ab.ca
IMPORTANT FOR NEW REGISTRANTS - Prior to registration, you will need to complete the following:

- Please complete the online form to a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency. - CLICK HERE
REGISTRATION CHECK LIST:
- Player registration WILL NOT be finalized unless all items below are completed.
1. Respect in Sport - MUST be completed in order for Registration to be considered complete.

2. Volunteer Deposit Cheques and Volunteer Shift Requirements
- NEW LAST SEASON: BAHA has created a Team Bond Policy to help organize the Family Volunteer Deposits and the Team Volunteer obligations.
- A team Bond will operate as a deposit to BAHA on behalf of all individuals on a specific team for the provision of equipment, as well as for the services provided for the operation of, or the betterment of, the Association as a whole. Click Here for more information.
- Volunteer Buy Out option is still available with registration.
- We will not be asking for Volunteer Deposit cheques at the beginning of the season as this will fall under the new Team Bond.

By Completing your player registration, you are agreeing to abide by BAHA's Codes of Conduct. Please review both Player and Parent Conduct Codes. Parents and players will be asking to sign these agreements at the beginning of the season. Conduct codes will be strictly enforced for the 2024-2025 season, as per BAHA's Discipline Policy.

4. AA Tryouts (U11 AA, U13AA, U13 AAA, U15AA, U16AA, and U18AA) **AA/AAA Tryout Fees are Non-Refundable.**
- Parents/Guardians of players registered to tryout for BAHA Elite teams MUST attend a Mandatory AA/AAA Information Session PRIOR to Tryouts.

- Please direct and questions regarding the U13 AAA Pilot Program to our AA Director, Jamie Huxley at jhuxley@baha.ab.ca .

5. U13, U15, and U18 Players
- There will be no wait lists/caps at the U13, U15, and U18 Age levels. However, due to constraints on team sizes and number of teams for U13, U15 and U18, there is a possibility that not all players registered will be guaranteed a spot on these teams.
6. Conditioning Camp Fees are Non-Refundable.
- Conditioning Camp will run August and September. Schedule TBA
7. IMPORTANT - Please ensure your contact information is current and up to date when Registering your child, for the 2024-2025 season.
